By accessing or using the Classic Custom Rugs website and submitting inquiries for our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all trade professionals, interior designers, architects, and business entities interacting with our site.

2. B2B Manufacturing and Trade Accounts

Classic Custom Rugs operates primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturing partner. Submitting a Trade Account Application does not guarantee an immediate partnership. We reserve the right to vet all inquiries and approve trade pricing or custom manufacturing based on project scope, business credentials, and production capacity.

3. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs

• Your Designs: When you submit digital renders, CAD files, fabric swatches, or custom concepts for manufacturing, you retain all intellectual property rights to those designs. You warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce any submitted designs.
• Our Manufacturing Execution: We pride ourselves on a 98% design fidelity rate; however, due to the handcrafted nature of hand-knotted textiles and the natural variations in fibers (such as Tibetan wool, bamboo silk, and hemp), slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.
• Our Content: All website content, including photography, text, logos, and digital lookbooks, is the property of Classic Custom Rugs and may not be reproduced without express permission.

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Logistics

Any pricing provided via our website or subsequent communication is subject to change until a formal manufacturing contract is signed. While we coordinate expedited global shipping directly to your project site, clients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their destination country.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Custom Rugs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our website or delays in international shipping beyond our immediate control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
